A responsive personal portfolio website built with HTML and CSS, showcasing my work and projects. I started this website as a way to have a centralised location about me and for showcasing my projects. Being an Engineer, I wanted to program and make this website myself, and with minimal experience in HTML and CSS, it was a great opportunity to lean these skills.
I am currently working towards completing all the Wainwrights in the Lake District, these are a collection of 214 fells as described by Alfred Wainwright in his seven-volume Pictorial Guide to the Lakeland Fells.
This project explored the development of an autonomous path planning system for aerial photography and surveillance using a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). This was completed as my final project for my MEng Electronic Engineering degree at the University of York.
Developed the first practical hardware implementation of a biologically inspired spiking neural network at the University of York’s £850,000 EPSRC funded Nervous Systems research group.
“DocDuck”, an engineering maintenance & asset manager application. Completed as a collaborative team project during 3rd year at University.
Robotics Design, Construction & Test: A university robotics module where a robot was designed in CAD, constructed, and programmed with C++ and Arduino to autonomously solve an unseen maze using infrared and ultrasonic sensors on a differential drive motor setup.
Responsible for organising and delivering York Engineering Society's big end of year live music event.
A Bukkit plugin for Minecraft 1.7 and 1.8 to bridge between Minecraft server chat and Discord channels using webhooks and bot integrations.
Owner of Silver Age Minecraft which is a Minecraft community that focuses on the old early release versions of Minecraft (Beta 1.8 to Release 1.8.9). There is a subreddit and discord for this community
